About Sharon

Hello and welcome! My name is Sharon (Shar) Hills-Bonczyk and my dharma is to give back some of what I’ve experienced practicing yoga for over 40 years. Yoga has supported me through physical challenges and has given me greater strength, flexibility, clarity, and the profound joy of deep inner peace. It can do the same for you!
Highly trained, attentive and caring, my style is patient, therapeutic, and supportive to students of all skill levels. I share the richness of yoga with love, encouragement, inspiration and joy.
I also offer Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga. Ayurveda is the oldest health care system in the world, based on the ancient Vedic texts of India. Schedule an ayurvedic consultation if you wish to understand your unique constitution and how to balance it. Learn how choice of lifestyle, diet, and daily practices can help maintain optimal health and vitality.

About Steve
Until he recently retired, Steve worked full-time as an airline agent, served as the neighborhood handyman, and taught yoga in his spare time. He has been teaching and practicing yoga since 2010. Steve became interested in yoga after a series of back injuries that were getting progressively worse. Yoga significantly reduced, if not eliminated, all of his symptoms and made a big difference in the health of his back and overall well-being.
