Going stir crazy and craving human connection? This very special LIVE YOGA CLASS will get you outdoors and away from your screen. Summer has devised this creative format to bring you contact-free, outdoor group yoga by phone. Practice in your favorite park or your own backyard! Just plug your headphones into your phone at the scheduled time and call the number. You will be guided through an uplifting sequence of gentle standing poses and walking meditation. All levels welcome!

Kids love yoga too!! This 50-min yoga class will help to reduce stress, relieve excess energy, and can even help kids go to sleep. It includes fun, playful movement followed by Yoga Nidra (a guided relaxation journey). Great for all ages, including young children if done with a parent. Adults will enjoy it too! $15

This 60 minute audio class is appropriate for all levels, especially those with previous yoga experience.
Yoga Nidra 3 - The 61 Points | Sharon
Tremendously soothing and healing, Yoga Nidra is important for physical health, mental stability, and boosting the immune system. It is more restful than sleep. This 61-point practice is highly rejuvenate, refreshing, and very potent. For those struggling with difficulties of any kind, this practice is a sanctuary and a healing balm. This non-movement practice is appropriate for all levels.
Dynamic Kripalu Yoga | Summer
This long-awaited audio class is appropriate for intermediate to advanced-level yogis. Feel refreshed and awakened with dynamic postures, energizing breath-practice and soothing meditation. This audio class is appropriate for intermediate level yogis.
We generously offer these online resources to you at a low cost. On average, it takes five hours of labor to produce one hour of audio instruction. To keep our costs low and sustain the studio while it is closed, we invite you to practice Dana, selfless generosity as a donation from your heart.
