Yoga Nidra and Pranayama (breathing)

Sharon's voice will lead you through a soothing non-movement, relaxation experience of "yogic sleep". Yoga Nidra is designed to bring your body  and mind into a deep state of peace and calm. One hour of yoga nidra is equivalent to three hours of sleep. CLICK HERE for more information about Yoga Nidra. 
The seventeen-minute Pranayama practice is designed to introduce you to some basic yogic breathing that you can practice at home.
