Yoga Nidra - Normandale College: The Gift of Deep Restoration and Healing (Thursdays, Nov 30 and Dec 7, 2017)
Yoga Nidra is a non-movement, guided meditation that takes you into "yogic sleep". It is a wonderful and effective way to reduce stress and find optimal health. It boosts the immune system, reduces anxiety and depression, treats sleep issues, prevents and alleviates numerous ailments and diseases.
