Sharon teaches Kripalu yoga classes at the Marsh on an "as needed" basis. She no longer teaches regular scheduled classes.
Kripalu yoga classes are for all levels, supporting every body type and age. They are wonderful classes for those who wish to increase strength, flexibility, pain-free range of motion, balance and grounding. This is a meditative approach to yoga that invites union of body, mind and spirit. Kripalu yoga will help you develop the inner strength and wisdom to navigate the challenges of your life with grace and with ease.
