Yoga Nidra is a non-movement, guided meditation that takes you into 'yogic sleep'. It is a wonderful way to reduce stress and find optimal health. It will boost the immune system, reduce or eliminate anxiety and depression, and prevent & reverse numerous ailments and diseases. One hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 3 hours of sleep.
Yoga for Busy Lives

Session 1: Unclutter Your Life. Learn to incorporate the three pillars of health, how to find greater balance. This session includes an introduction to ayurveda, therapeutic yoga, breathing, and stress reduction. Come in comfortable clothing for gentle yoga that is relaxing and nourishing.
Session 2: The Art of Relaxing. This session focuses on sleep issues, reducing anxiety and fatigue, and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation and restoration). Come in comfortable clothing to experience guided meditation that is profoundly relaxing and nourishing.
Session 3: Cleansing Body and Mind. This session includes dinacharya (daily routine) and a yoga practice you can do at home. You will set an intention to bring more balance into your life including a customized plan to help you feel more energized and deeply rested. Come in comfortable clothing for gentle yoga that is relaxing and nourishing.
