All Levels, Including Beginners (Very Gentle) Sat, 9:00 - 10:15 am Drop-In Class
This class is held at Richfield United Methodist Church, between 58th and 59th streets, on Lyndale Avenue. It is a drop-in class, no need register, just come. Bring a mat and any props if
you have them. Teachers rotate between Sharon (me), Summer (my daughter) and Steve (my husband). We are all certified Kripalu yoga teachers. Cost is set by the church at $10/class. All levels welcome.
Gentle Yoga Mon, 7:00 pm
An excellent class for all levels, especially for learning basic poses and alignment, breathing, and relaxation. This gentle vinyasa yoga creates spaciousness and grounding, inviting a greater sense of ease and peace. Students progress at their own rate, increasing in strength, flexibility, and confidence.
All Levels (not beginners) Wednesday, 11:00 am & Wednesday 7:00 pm
This class is more challenging than gentle yoga. It is a great option for those who enjoy invigorating postures, creative flow, and wish to deepen their yoga physically, emotionally, and spiritually. You will leave feeling light on your feet, rested, revitalized, and deeply nourished.
Intermediate/Advanced Thursday, 11:00 am
This class, taught by Summer (my daughter), is excellent for anyone wanting a creative, invigorating, yet meditative class which varies from Kripalu vinyasa, to yin, and dynamic.
Summer is an experienced yoga teacher, artist, and dancer. I teach this class when she is not available.

This candle-light, non-movement class is designed to bring body and mind into a deep state of peace and calm. Profoundly restorative, one hour of yoga nidra is equivalent to three hours of sleep. A blissful way to release stress, improve sleep, reduce anxiety, and find healing.

Private sessions are available for a set fee and are customized to meet your individual goals. If have physical issues you would like addressed, have anxiety, sleep issues, or are interested in meditation training, yoga nidra, ayurveda (lifestyle & nutrition), or wish to develop a home practice, you may wish to consider a private class.
